ow featuring an all-screen design, the Green Apple iPad Air has a 10.9" Liquid Retina Display with a 2360 x 1640 resolution at 264 pixels per inch (ppi). The Liquid Retina Display still has all the features you expect, such as P3 wide color gamut coverage, True Tone, anti-reflective and fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coatings, 500 nits of brightness, and support for the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil (sold separately). The screen isn't the only thing that got improved. The iPad Air now houses the A14 Bionic chip, providing the performance boost you need to handle 4K video editing, play immersive games, and more. There is also 256GB of storage capacity.
The iPad Air now features a 12MP rear camera, the same one found on the iPad Pro. The rear camera can be used to capture high-res photos and 4K videos. The iPad Air also has a 7MP FaceTime HD camera as well as stereo speakers when in landscape mode. For connectivity, the iPad Air features dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.0. You still get Touch ID with the iPad Air. It is now integrated into the top button. Touch ID uses your fingerprint to provide a safe and secure way to unlock your iPad Air as well as log into apps and use Apple Pay. Apple has replaced the Lightning connector with a USB Type-C port on the iPad Air, allowing for additional features and broader compatibility with other devices.

A14 Bionic Chip
The iPad Air features the 5nm A14 Bionic Chip, delivering a boost in performance. Featuring a 6-core design, the A14 Bionic provides up to a 40 percent boost in CPU performance, while the 4-core graphics architecture allows for up to 30 percent graphical improvement. There is also the 16-Core Neural Engine, which is twice as fast, and capable of up to 11 trillion operations per second. A14 Bionic allows you to edit 4K videos, create unique artworks, play immersive games, and more.
Liquid Retina Display
The iPad Air has a 10.9" Liquid Retina Display with a 2360 x 1640 resolution and P3 wide color gamut coverage for vivid colors. It also has True Tone, 500 nits of brightness, an anti-glare coating for better viewing. True Tone optimizes the white balance of the display to best fit your ambient light, so it's easy on the eyes. The screen supports the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil.

There is a 7MP front-facing FaceTime HD camera and a 12MP rear camera for high-res photos and 4K video recording.
Apple Pencil
Supporting the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil, the iPad Air lets you write and draw freely as if you had a pen and paper.
